1. The product has not been opened within seven calendar days after receiving the product, and it is brand new and unused.

2. If the product is found to have manufacturing defects within 15 calendar days after receiving the product, you can apply for a return and refund service; it is not within the scope of the return and refund service due to use on the ground or other circumstances that affect secondary sales.

3. If the customer’s reasons cause the return, IPOZON will charge a 5% order operation fee and deduct the original order’s shipping cost. Such as:

According to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to pay the return shipping cost, as we’re not able to request return shipping label from courier partner at the moment, the return cost need you to check with the courier of Postal service. You can email us at [email protected] and we can provide you with the address to our warehouse where you can return the product as below address. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where

1. Any item that is returned more than 14 business days after delivery.

2. A product sent to IPOZON for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, free products, packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., with cracks, dents, or scratches.

3. Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

4. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification, including intentionally damage or improper installation operation and so on.

5. Product labels, serial numbers, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.

6. Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.

7. A product is not delivered to IPOZON within 15 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from IPOZON.

8. Other circumstances are stated in this policy.

Return & Refund Instructions

1. If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your product(s).

For the refund to be processed promptly, please be sure to send return notification to IPOZON with the following information:

We will process your return and refund application within two or five working days after receiving your email.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

Refund Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Kindly allow between 3-5 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

For credit card refunds, please allow between 1-14 business days for the transaction to process.

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.

Replacement Fee

IPOZON shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults. Otherwise, the back and send freight will be borne by the user.

Or the customer shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement when the warranty period has expired
