For the item ship from our worldwide local warehouses, it takes 3-7 working days for you to receive the parcel.

For the item ship from China warehouses, Please allow 7-40 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control transportation and customs clearance, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.

Logistics contractor

We use UPS/DP/DHL/UPS and other local logistics companies for delivery services.

You can check your express logistics status through the express service company’s official website (you can see the updated logistics tracking number in your personal IPOZON account). For some countries, the taxes are prepaid. However, some countries require taxes. If the logistics contractor loses your package, please get in touch with us([email protected]).

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

Shipping Notice

Please confirm your address before payment. IPOZON orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.

ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Remote area shipping cost

Free shipping does NOT include remote area shipping cost. We’ll email to notify customer if their address has defined as remote area on DHL website, a $20 additional fee will be applied before shipment.
